Inspect the touch digitizer and display thoroughly. Once confirmed to be free of manufacturing faults, peel off the back sticker, apply adhesive glue on the phone body and sides of the LCD. Avoid pushing the LCD down on the frame during installation to prevent internal display damage. Let the LCD adjust into the frame and secure it with rubber bands until the glue dries. After an hour, remove the rubber bands, clean the phone, and it's ready to use.
