To ensure a smooth and fair return process, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Return & Warranty Guidelines
1.1 Spare Parts Warranty & Returns
- All spare parts (such as screens, batteries, charging ports, etc.) come with a limited manufacturer's warranty.
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy: If a part is faulty upon arrival, it may be returned under warranty, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
- All protective seals, labels, and laminations are intact and undamaged.
- The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- No Returns After Installation: Once a part has been installed, it cannot be returned unless covered under warranty.
- Testing Before Installation: We highly recommend testing the part before installation to confirm functionality.
1.2 Return Shipping & Refunds
- Customer-Covered Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Refund Options:
- Full refund to the original payment method.
- Store credit (if agreed upon at the time of return).
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after inspection and approval.
1.3 Non-Spare Parts Warranty (Accessories & Other Items)
- Accessories (such as chargers, cables, cases, etc.) come with a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid exposure, or misuse.

- Cell Centre does not recommend self-repairs for customers without technical expertise.
- If you attempt a DIY repair and damage your device, Cell Centre will not be liable for any resulting issues.
